My goal
(which I hesitated to share until I saw the light at the end of the tunnel)
was to be caught up on blogging by the end of November.
And I think I just may succeed!!!
Furthermore, I'm going to try to keep the massive posts to a minimum.
No guarantees, but here's hoping.
Lucy: Hi there, I'm getting so big. Enjoying my time on the floor more and more.
Here are two of the boys Lucy and I watch during the week.
Shaun and Zack ... and they're great with our Lil Chick!
For some reason, I have a slight obsession with taking pictures of the lil Chick in her car seat.
No idea why.
Amelia and her mommy, Jen and daddy, Shawn
Then we celebrated October birthdays with the Eggman's family:
Then Great Grandma Beal came by to give Lucy
some kisses and a black cat, made from a real gourd ... so fun!
The Eggman's been spending quite a bit of time completing his Honey-Do List
Thanks Eggman ... LOVE YOU!
And I just work on my self-portrait skills.
Lucy tolerates it.
We also had some sweet times of hanging out with:
The Verduins: Chelsea, Eric & Lilly
Nicole Eaton
... and Nicole (and Michael Eaton)'s daughter, Miss Mara
Lil Chick turned three months and participated
(like she has a choice at this stage)
in the obligatory photo shoot to celebrate the event!
And on his birthday, she and the Eggman took a soak in the tub.
Another fun event this month was our family's trip to a pumpkin patch.
But it was not just any patch.
We visited the home of the Roloff's, from TLC's Big People, Little World

Then to finish off the month, we spent the 31st with friends at our church's Harvest Party.
But first, we stopped by Grandma and Grandpa Cunningham's house
to show off our Lil Chick, er ... uh ... I mean Lil Butterfly.
And here's the whole crew at the Athey Creek Christian Fellowship's Harvest Festival:
Us and the Pittman family, 2010
PS Its kind of a tradition. Here we are in 2009.
Incidentally, our Lil Chick was present in this photo ... but only God knew at that point!

As soon as the Eggman gets home,
he kisses his Chicks and spends as much QT with us as possible!

Two posts in two days (I started on the 24th) ... are you kidding?!?!?
Speaking of the 24th, I'd like to send warmest anniversary wishes to my mom and dad.
The three of us started our family 31 years ago, today!
My dad fell in love with my mom, but certainly chose to "marry" us both!
And I'm so thankful to the Lord that he did!
